Passport application forms DS-11 are accepted Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m.– 4 p.m. in the Superior Court Clerk’s office. Applications can be obtained in this office or online at www.travel.state.gov.

”HAND CARRIED” applications are NOT accepted at this agency.

The  Passport Book is valid for all international travel.

The Passport Card is valid only for return to the U.S. by land or sea from Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean.

Acceptance fees are payable to the “Clerk of Court” by cash or check.

Application fees and expedited processing fees are payable to “U. S. Department of State” by check or money order only.

To expedite sending your application to the Passport Processing Center, overnight postage must be purchased at a U.S. Post Office and brought to the Clerk’s office with your application.
